Adults who desire a creative way to regulate signs and symptoms related to Post Traumatic Stress (PTSD),
ages 18 and up

  • Find yourself extremely alert or hypervigilant?
  • Feel emotionally numb or cut off from your feelings?

This 6 week art therapy group will give you the tools and strategies you need to creatively manage the effects of past trauma in a supportive, non-judgemental environment.

In this group you can expect to:

  • Identify and manage triggers associated with trauma
  • Learn mindfulness techniques
  • Develop emotion regulation skills
  • Practice new ways of coping
  • Experience a safe and supportive peer group
  • Enter in, stay in and learn to manage uncomfortable emotions and conversations
