In this 10 week Sexual Healing Therapy Group, you will discover how you got here, why you stay, and how to get out of here in a safe, non-judgemental environment.
In this group you can expect to:
- Learn how your family upbringing, your early sexual experiences, and your traumas have played a part in your sexual identity.
- Learn ways to process your story.
- Have a safe place to process with others who are living the same reality as you.
- Learn how to rewrite your sexual story.
- Learn how to repair your current relationships that have been affected.
Unwanted sexual desires are a part of the way we learn to cope when we were never taught healthy coping mechanisms. These desires are normal. Unwanted sexual desires can be harmful to yourself and to those you are in relationship with. Research shows that sexual brokenness pinpoints the location of our past harms and highlights the current roadblocks that keep us from the freedom we so desire. If you are willing to take that brave step towards exploring your story, I promise it will have a lot to teach you.
