In this 8 week Hold Me Tight Couple’s Group, you will explore a positive way to interact, love, and support one another on a daily basis.
In this group you can expect to:
- Reminisce on where the two of you have come in your time together.
- Explore the unhealthy dialogues you find yourselves getting stuck in.
- Learn how to communicate effectively and lovingly.
- Learn your partner’s raw spots and grow empathy around them.
- Come away feeling more understood, seen, and loved by your partner.
In this group, I will utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy that will focus in on the way your communication patterns have gotten stuck. If you feel overwhelmed by you and your partner’s arguments or feel like you and your partner just avoid having the tough conversations, this group is for you.
