Comparison is all about conformity and competition. It’s easy to see how difficult it is to make time for important things such as creativity, gratitude, joy, and authenticity when we’re spending enormous amounts of energy conforming and competing. Creativity, which is the expression of our originality, helps us stay mindful that what we bring to the world is completely original and cannot be compared. - Brené Brown

During this workshop, we will examine how comparison prevents us from living fully, and learn how to invest in our creativity. We’ll be exploring all aspects of your creativity: ways to cultivate more of it, how to use it to enhance your daily life, and how to work through creative blocks when you experience them.

accommodations, continental breakfast, lunch, art Supplies provided.

No art experience is required.

Early Bird Pricing Through July 15!

Rooms are first come first served and vary in price based on occupancy*** and bed size.

Join us for a 4-day weekend intensive
as we do a deep dive into real self-care.

This workshop is based on the ground-breaking work of Dr. Brené Brown’s best-selling book, The Gifts of Imperfection™. During this workshop, you will learn ways to let go of who you think you are supposed to be and embrace who you are. You will explore what gets in the way of feeling loved, belonged to, and being enough. Then you will discover the secret to cultivating a life of true connection, authenticity, and depth in your relationship with yourself and others.

Reconnect with your confidence and with the creative roots that propelled you into A HELPING profession.

Using the work of Dr. Brené Brown, we’ll playfully and intentionally explore themes of courage, connection, vulnerability and resilience utilizing THE GIFTS of IMPERFECTION™.

Curated specifically for mental health providers, we focus on increasing your reservoir of energy and well-being. Our retreats and workshops focus on THE GIFTS of IMPERFECTION™ using a variety of expressive art modalities, cognitive theory, and somatic awareness to deepen your connection to yourself -- tools that increase your clarity about your gifts and what you offer to clients.

YOU’LL LEAVE FEELING
ENERGIZED, CONNECTED AND MOTIVATED....

This weekend will lead you to deeper self-knowledge, richer relationships, and living with greater authenticity. Moving beyond perfectionism to self-compassion, we discover how vulnerability and courage are vitally linked. We develop skills to be resilient in life’s storms and step into the freedom of knowing we are enough.

Through this experience, we will examine the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that may be holding us back and we identify the new choices and practices that move us toward more authentic and wholehearted living.
